Private Training
This is a one on one training session. Pricing is $40 per hour session. On your first session I will sit down with you and evaluate your current fitness and help you set establish a healthy goal, then I will design a program specifically for you.You can choose to work out in a local gym, in your home or place of work, or outdoors. Workouts are tailored to meet the goals and abilities of each client. You can expect regular education, support and guidance from me.
