2 weeks until the competition, second to last week of carb depleting. This next week is no carbs and increasing water intake. So although my conditioning is improved in these pictures I look even more flat, and of course almost no vascularity. Only one week and 2 days until I can start carbing up woo hoo! :). (I'm also excited to update; to display the dramatic difference replenishing makes). Of course these were taken first thing in the morning, while "cold."
