One week out, only a couple of more days of carb depleting (literally 0 carbs!! lol) Although my conditioning has made obvious improvements, at this point my muscles are completely flat and I appear as though I have shrunk by about 10 pounds haha. In reality I have only lost a couple of pounds this past week. I also started water loading yesterday. Of course the stipulations are the same; pictures are done while cold, but this time after my cardio.
